A cloud-based management system is used to coordinate and complete project activities and individual tasks. Access to this system can be offered to project sponsors so that project communications and status can be viewed in real time.
Seven Project Management utilises sophisticated time tracking software to feedback into the business with the purpose of ensuring the assessment of fixed fee estimates are fair and as keen as possible.
Alternatively, if engagement is on an hourly rates basis, then the same system enables time to be tracked per minute. Again, to be fair, time is rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes per week (not per task, which is common in the industry).
